<title>Netcetera automates messages for the Swiss Emergency Operations Centre</title>
      <link>http://netcetera.ae:80/en/home/news/news/20100903.html</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;The National Emergency Operations Centre is Switzerland&amp;rsquo;s center of expertise for exceptional events in the country. For them, Netcetera developed a message center at the heart of their new &amp;ldquo;Operations Inbox&amp;rdquo;, managing all arriving messages and helping to easily triage them for further actions. The system substantially helps to quickly assign, categorize and comment all incoming messages about exceptional events. Documenting all processing steps, the exact way of a message is always replicable. The new software immensely helps the Emergency Operations Centre to manage their future message entries and frees up their specialists' time for the real actions, needed in an emergency.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
